We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Exchanges & store credit: Within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, you can exchange for a different size/color or receive store credit.

Refunds: Only issued for defective items or if we shipped the wrong item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email support@bornofriot.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies and send instructions.
3. Once we receive (or verify, for defect claims) the item, we’ll process your exchange or credit within 5–7 business days.

What’s Not Covered
1. Items worn, washed, or altered
2. Missing tags (stocked items)
3. “Changed my mind” on custom/POD items
4.Returns started more than 30 days after delivery

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.Please refer to Return Policy section for additional details.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
